Each of the 4 offices of the Firm is under the supervision of a resident Partner who takes the responsibility of day to day decisions regarding the operation of that office. A brief profile of each partner is given below:

Shah Naveed Saeed, FCA, CPA (USA).
The Managing Partner has a vast experience in the field of audit & assurance and advisory services. He has also acted as the engagement partner for the audit of UNDP Projects and fixed assets verification of certain closing projects in Pakistan. He has served as a member on the Federal Committee on the Country Financial Accountability and Assessment (CFAA) responsible for review and providing input on the CFAA report prepared by the World Bank. He is an accredited Senior Financial Consultant South Asian FM Region (SARFM) of the World Bank Country Office, Pakistan, and expert in PFM. He was part of the team responsible for various PEFA Assessments at federal, provincial, FATA, and district levels, and actively participates in the PFM meetings organized by the World Bank. He is a “Certified Director”, with his name included in the “Certified Directors” data bank maintained by Pakistan Institute of Corporate Governance.. He is also on the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan committees on ‘Public Sector’ Professional Standards & Technical Advisory. These committees are responsible for interacting with the Auditor General and the Controller General Accounts officials on the adoption of IPSAS and corporate governance in State Owned Enterprises in Pakistan and adoption of International Accounting Standards in Pakistan.

Syed Mukhtar Hussain Jaffery, FCA
Mr. Jaffery , is a senior Chartered Accountant having very wide exposure in HR, special audits and forensic accounting. He has very rich experience of more than 30 years and has held senior positions in Attock Oil Group of Companies including Head of HR Department for considerable period. He has been a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan’s (ICAP) Committees on Education and Training and Medium & Small Firms’ practices for last many years. He has attended courses on procurement audit organized by LUMS under USAID/Pakistan funded program and financial audits by USAID/Pakistan. He has also attended HR courses at LUMS and give lectures on Corporate Governance, organized by ICAP.

Mr. Ahsan Elahi Vohra, FCA, FCMA
Mr. Vohra is a senior chartered Accountant having expertise in the areas of tax planning and advisory; corporate finance & investment advisory; due diligence and cost audit. Mr. Vohra is presently the Member of Karachi Branch Council of the Institute of Cost & Management Accountants of Pakistan (ICMAP).

Mr. Javed K. Siddiqui FCA
Mr. Siddiqui, is a senior Chartered Accountant and fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan. He is a “Certified Director”, with his name included in the “Certified Directors” data bank maintained by Pakistan Institute of Corporate Governance. Mr. Siddiqui has a very rich and diversified exposure spanning over 40 years, 2 continents, 4 countries and 11 industries including banking, oil and gas, manufacturing, FMCG, trading, hospitality, regulatory organization, and consulting. He has worked for 15 years in various countries and for 25 years in Pakistan, in the fields of corporate, organizational, financial, I.T, and human resource management, held progressively senior management positions in various multinational companies and large international & local organisations, both in private sector and public sector, and a regulatory authority. He was a team lead for restructuring a public sector institution in Islamabad and converting it into an incorporated entity, amalgamating another public sector financial institution with it.
He is currently on the Board of several companies as “Independent Director” and chairman of Audit Committee and Risk Management Committee. Previously served on the Board of a Bank’s subsidiary leasing Company, Chairman of the Board of an I.T Company, and also performed as Acting CEO of a public sector financial institution. He is also a member of the “Public Sector Committee” of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan. Mr. Siddiqui is a certified trainer and have conducted Directors Orientation Programme for the Board of Directors of a Bank. Travelled widely, attended numerous conferences, seminars and workshops in various countries, and spoken on international and national forums on professional topics.

Mr. Shahid Mohsin Shaikh, FCA
Mr. Shahid Mohsin Shaikh, FCA (England & Wales), Partner, before joining as partner, Mr. Shaikh was Director Finance and Chief Financial Officer at Pakistan Steel. He has been a faculty member at LUMS and has worked with A.F. Ferguson (a member firm of PWC). He is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

Mr. Azeem H. Siddiqui, FCA
is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan. He has expertise in the following areas:
- Complete articles with a firm of reputed Chartered Accountant and qualified as a Chartered Accountant and subsequently worked as Manager (Audit) for about two years.
- As an auditor, received wide exposure by conducting audit of variety of clients that included Textile, Co-operative Societies, Automobiles, Food and Beverages, etc.
Also carried out several overseas assignments both in management and audit fields. Is engaged in public of chartered accountancy since 1999.

Mr. Aftab Ahmad Qureshi, FCA
In addition to being a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Pakistan, Mr. Qureshi holds a Master of Science in Management from Arthur D. Little Management Education Institute, Cambridge, Massachusetts, USA, (now known as HULT International Business School. Before joining the firm, Mr. Ahmad was Chief Financial Officer at Pakistan International Airlines, Earlier, he has worked as Executive Director Finance / CFO, Executive Director Strategic Business Planning and Executive Director Joint Ventures at Oil and Gas Development Company Limited. Before joining OGDCL he has worked as Executive Vice President (Finance, Legal, HR and Support Services), and as CFO and Resident Manager of Orient Petroleum Inc. formerly known as Occidental of Pakistan Inc. He is a “Certified Director”, with his name included in the “Certified Directors” data bank maintained by Pakistan Institute of Corporate Governance.
Qazi Wajeeh Uddin, FCA
Qazi Wajeeh Uddin, FCA, is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan and fellow member of Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of London. He is a senior Chartered Accountant having expertise in the areas of audit; corporate finance and investment advisory.
